The audition process for XLR8 Pre-Professional Tracks (Gold/Platinum) requires an extra step.
In addition to learning a level 3 or 4 audition combo in Tap and/or Jazz (depending on which styles you want to be considered for Gold/Platinum) and performing it at the corresponding audition(s), you will present a solo at Gold/Platinum Auditions that you choreograph yourself without any help from others.
Dancers who have shared their choreography and/or song choice with anyone outside of their family prior to auditions will not be accepted into the Gold/Platinum program. Make sure to RSVP for the audition time(s) for the combos you learn at home in addition to Gold/Platinum Auditions.

Your solo must be choreographed to one of the songs listed under the style(s) you are auditioning for and include at least 5 skills listed for Gold/Platinum in the skills expectations document located on the main Audition Portal page.
(At least 8 skills are required for dancers to be considered for the Platinum Track.)
